Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 September 2026

Pulse (“the Service”) is an AI-assisted social media content creation platform operated by Formee Holdings Pty Ltd (“Formee”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. You represent that you have the authority to connect any third-party account that you link, and that your use of each connected platform also complies with that platform's own minimum age and eligibility requirements.

2. Use of the Service

The Service lets authorised users generate, edit, schedule and publish marketing content (images and videos) to connected social media accounts. You must only connect accounts you are authorised to manage, and you are responsible for the content you generate and publish.

3. TikTok

When you connect TikTok, you grant the Service access to a limited set of permissions requested through TikTok’s official Login Kit: user.info.basic and user.info.profile (your basic profile so we can identify your connected account) and video.upload /video.publish (so you can upload and publish content to TikTok directly from the Service, only when you explicitly choose to do so). We request no other TikTok permissions. We operate our TikTok integration in compliance with TikTok’s Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policies, and publish to TikTok only on your explicit instruction. You can revoke our access at any time from the Connections page inside the Service or from TikTok’s own account settings.

4. Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads)

When you connect Instagram, we request only instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_content_publish (to identify your connected Instagram Business/Creator account and publish content you choose to publish). When you connect a Facebook Page, we request only pages_show_list and pages_manage_posts (to list your Pages and publish to the one you select). Where you separately connect a Meta Ads account, we additionally request ads_management, ads_read and business_management to read and manage ad campaigns on your behalf. Each of these is requested only through Meta’s official Login dialog, only with your explicit consent, and our use of Meta’s platform complies with Meta’s Platform Terms and Community Standards.

5. Douyin

When you connect Douyin, our use of the Douyin Open Platform API is governed by these terms and described in full, together with who is authorised to connect an account and how to revoke access, at /douyin.

6. Other platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)

We may add support for additional platforms, such as LinkedIn, over time. Connecting to a platform that is not yet enabled for your workspace is unavailable and no data is requested from it. Before we enable a new platform, we will update these terms and our Privacy Policy to describe the permissions and data involved.

7. Content and acceptable use

You retain responsibility for content created with the Service. You must not use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringes a third party's intellectual property or other rights, and you must not use it in a way that violates the Community Guidelines of any platform you publish to. AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.

8. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not control, and are not responsible for, decisions made by any third-party platform (such as content moderation, account suspension, or API availability).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formee Holdings Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken by a connected third-party platform against your account.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms, misuse a connected platform's API, or violate that platform's policies. You may stop using the Service and disconnect any linked platform at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
