Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026
Pulse is operated by Formee Holdings Pty Ltd. This policy describes what we collect when you use the Service — including when you connect a social platform — and how we handle it.
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email) for sign-in; brand assets and content you upload or generate; and, when you connect a social platform, the access tokens and basic profile information (such as display name and avatar) that the platform provides for the purpose of publishing on your behalf.
2. TikTok data specifically
When you connect TikTok through the Service, we request only the following TikTok Login Kit scopes: user.info.basic and user.info.profile (your TikTok display name, avatar and username, used to show which account is connected and to build a valid post link) and video.upload/video.publish (used only to upload and publish the video content you generate to your TikTok account, and only when you explicitly initiate a publish action). We do not read your existing TikTok videos, followers, or private messages, and we do not request any scope beyond these. TikTok data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train general-purpose AI models.
3. Meta data specifically (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads)
When you connect Instagram, we request only instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_content_publish — your Instagram Business/Creator account’s basic profile and the ability to publish content you choose to publish. When you connect a Facebook Page, we request only pages_show_list and pages_manage_posts — the list of Pages you manage and the ability to publish to the one you select. If you separately connect a Meta Ads account, we additionally request ads_management, ads_read and business_management to read campaign performance and manage campaigns on your behalf. We do not request any Meta permission beyond these, and Meta data is never sold or used for advertising outside the campaigns you manage yourself.
4. Douyin data specifically
Our collection and use of Douyin account data (access/refresh tokens, basic profile information, and publishing status) is described in full in the dedicated disclosure at /douyin, prepared for Douyin’s Open Platform API review. In summary: Douyin data is used solely to authenticate the connection and publish content you explicitly choose to publish, is never sold or used for advertising, and tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect.
5. Other platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)
We may add support for additional platforms, such as LinkedIn, over time. Until a platform is enabled for your workspace, connecting it is unavailable and no data is requested from it. Before we enable a new platform, we will update this policy to describe the permissions and data involved.
6. How we use platform data
Data received from any connected platform (TikTok, Meta, Douyin) is used solely to operate the integration you requested: authenticating your account, publishing the content you choose to publish, and showing the status of those posts. We do not sell platform data or use it for advertising.
7. Data retention
Access tokens for a connected platform are deleted immediately from our database when you disconnect that platform from the Connections page, or when you revoke access directly from the platform's own settings. Generated content and account data are retained until you delete them or close your account; deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
8. Data sharing and subprocessors
We use a limited set of infrastructure and AI providers to operate the Service — cloud database hosting, Cloudflare R2 for file storage, and AI model providers (such as OpenAI and fal.ai) for content generation. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us, under their own confidentiality and security obligations, and never receive your platform credentials directly.
9. Data security
Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel. You can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting the platform inside the Service or from the platform's own settings; disconnecting immediately removes our ability to act on your behalf.
10. Your rights and data deletion
You may request a copy of, or the deletion of, any data we hold about you — including data received from any connected platform — at any time by emailing info@formeeholdings.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Disconnecting a platform from the Connections page removes our stored access token immediately; you can also revoke access at any time directly from that platform's own settings.
11. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to, and must not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above.
